The deluxe queen room was fancy and extremely spacious with a kitchen table. The staff was nice, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. An attached restaurant was amazing which named big chef's.

All of the staff were very supportive, delightfully helpful. I booked a standard double room, it was huge and had coffee/tea making machines, a laptop, and a writing desk. The bed was comfortable, slept good.

Great location near Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, and Sishane Metro. We had a spacious room with a washer and dryer. Mehmut from the staff was helpful with tour advice and dining recommendations. we had a great stay.

The breakfast was incredibly nice and in such a comfy restaurant. The location was strategic and the best, short walk to Istiklal Street and Tunel as well as a GOOD area with easy walking to central Istanbul, and the private parking was an excellant bonus.

As someone who loves exploring this city, I couldn't have picked a better location for the hotel. The transportation options were very convenient since it's just a short walk away from a metro station, making it easy to visit different parts of the city. The staff were very friendly and forthcoming throughout my stay. Moreover, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel which was maintained to a very high standard.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The room was neat and fancy, I had just perfect experience.
I stayed in the room that was less well maintained compared to pictures and available with twin beds and Excellent breakfast, for example. The service was good in my opinion. The hotel staff was really good, not annoying.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an amazing location, right in the center of all the action and nightlife. This place had everything I needed to be comfortable, including room service, car hire, and bicycle rentals. The staff was extremely professional and always willing to help me with anything I needed, especially the receptionist. In addition to all these great amenities, there was also an amazing leisure spa & wellness center with swimming pools, saunas, and various massage services. I felt so pampered here, it was amazing!
I had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great location near metro station, popular attractions, and shopping street. Excellent breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, although not included in rate. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking spaces available. Complimentary chocolates upon check-out.
